Use:
1 capsule during the daily meal. The capsule may be opened.

Caution 
Niacinamide, also called nicotinamide, is a form of vitamin B3 which does not cause a flush (intense colors / flushing, tingling and / or itchy feeling and a pounding head)  at susceptible persons.

The product does not contain: milk, casein, fish, shellfish, peanuts, nuts, wheat, gluten, soya, artificial colors and flavors or any preservatives.
