ADH = (European) Recommended daily intake for minimal health.

Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide. Vega capsule: Hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose.

Application:
In case of inadequate intake of magnesium through diet or to provide the body with additional magnesium.

Use:
1 to 3 capsules during the daily meal. The capsule may be opened
