Use:
1 capsule during the daily meal. The capsule may be opened and the content can be mixes with food.
Caution:
Vital Cell Life niacin contains nicotinic acid, also called niacin. The niacin can cause a flush at intolerant persons intense colors / flushing, tingling and / or itchy feeling and a pounding head). Persons who are sensitive to 'flush' can best use the product spread over the entire day. To prevent flushes it is also possible to take an another form of vitamin B3; whit the vitamin nicotinamide.
